A flat Shipping rate of Rs. 50/- is charged for Domestic orders in India.

While International shipping will differ according to the current rates.

We will notify you of the shipping details through email and WhatsApp once the package is shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How We Do It

General Return Guidelines:

a. Return Policy is only applicable within 14 days from the date of delivery.

b. All purchased products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Procedure:

a. Customers need to reach out to us at our contact number regarding their return concerns.

b. In the case of Damaged or Missing Products, we will require you to alert us within the first 3 days of the delivery. For Damaged products, an end-to-end unboxing video is a must.

Refund Procedure:

a. If the products are received back intact without an open package, a full refund will be initiated for you.

c. In case you want to return the package post opening the products, we will need a complete video of the unboxing of the product and the re-packaging as well. Once we receive the package back, we will then Quality Check each product and initiate the refund procedure, post deduction of courier charges.

Exclusions:

a. In case you purchase products during a sale, no products will be liable for a refund.

Please also check the condition of the parcel before accepting it from the courier person. Kindly refuse to accept in case the parcel appears to be tampered with.

Our Store Policy

We provide 2 years of warranty on the polishing that our jewellery provides. However, the warranty is limited only to the terms & conditions offered by the brand at the moment of purchase.
